GOLD ART CERAMICA SPA, the data controller, wishes to inform you of how it will process your
data pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
The data collected (name, surname, email, and country) will be processed exclusively to send you
our newsletter containing information on commercial initiatives and events organized by GOLD
ART. Providing your data is optional; therefore, failure to provide it will prevent you from receiving
our newsletter. The legal basis for data processing in connection with completing this form is your
consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Transfer of data to third countries
The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Data retention period
The data collected will be retained until you withdraw your consent or object to the service. You
can unsubscribe from the service by clicking the specific link provided in each newsletter sent.
Data Recipients
The data will be processed exclusively by GOLD ART’s sales and marketing staff and by third-party
companies/consultants who perform tasks/services on behalf of the Data Controller as data
processors (e.g., for website technological maintenance needs, hosting providers, digital
marketing, communications).
The data will not be disclosed.
Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to request from the Data
Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing, or
the right to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to
processing. These and other rights provided by the GDPR can be exercised by simply notifying the
Data Controller. Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory
Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority) if they believe that the processing of their data
violates applicable data protection legislation.
